CORI Information
CORI forms are required for all volunteers at Pierce School. This includes volunteers for:
- Field trips
- Math League
- School plays
- School events
- Other volunteer activities
CORI forms remain valid for three years. If you currently volunteer or plan to volunteer at Pierce School, please ensure you have a current CORI form on file.
Completed forms must be submitted to the Main Office with a valid photo ID.
