Math Problem of the Week
The Problem of the Week (POW) is a fun math challenge open to all students. Students in all grade levels are invited and encouraged to try these fun and challenging math problems. If you have any questions, you may contact Pierce math specialist Tara Washburn at tara_washburn@psbma.org.

The solution for POW #10 is "The perimeter of the original square was 48 inches (with 12 inches on each side)."

Parents can sign their students up for a free account. A new set of challenges is posted every Thursday and the solutions are posted on Sunday.
